A contoured copper double joint with flat eggbutt rings that give a horse clear pressure to turn. The ring is fixed to the mouthpiece allowing it to move back and forth. Eggbutt does not rotate like loose ring, preventing it from pinching the lip. Good design to start with young horses.

A Full Cheek gives a horse the clear signal to turn. The cheek extending upwards and downwards puts pressure on the side of the face, providing lateral guiding. Due to the over length, the full cheek prevents the bit from being pulled through the mouth. Leather Fulmer loops can be used to secure cheek in correct position.
