Shipping Policy

Orders over $99 Free*

Orders Under $99 are a Flat Rate $9.95*

*Certain restrictions may apply as some items are too heavy or too bulky to ship for this flat rate, or you may live in remote area.  Items that fall under the heavy or bulky classifications will be noted in the description of the product. On these items you will be charged an additional $9.95 to cover the additional shipping charges. The Bulky Item surcharge will show at time of checkout.  If you live in a remote area you may be notified by email or phone regarding the Remote Area Charges after your order is placed.

Most orders will be shipped by UPS.  We reserve the right to find a substitute courier in order to find a better shipping rate or delivery time.

Once an order is packed for shipping we can not add to the order, you will need to place a new order.

In the event that an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email and/or receive a phone call and will have 24 hours to respond to us.  If we receive no response, we will ship the rest of the order and credit you back on your credit card for the amount of the back order.  We will notify you when the back ordered item is available.

Returns

In the event you have received an item that is defective, has been shipped incorrectly, or has been damaged in shipping, it may be returned to us at no charge to you.  Contact US and we will give you instructions on how to return it to us.

In the event you have ordered an item by mistake, or in the wrong colour or size, please Contact Us and we will issue a Return Authorization Number that must be clearly marked on the outside of the package and the item can be returned at your expense.  When the package is received, we will issue a refund for the value of the goods.  All items returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused and no refund will be issued. All items MUST BE returned with their original packaging, or refunds may be refused.

The Finn & Fletcher Co. must be notified within 7 days of you receiving the goods, of any item you wish to return or any defective items.

Pet food, treats, supplements and items with a DIN number can not be returned due to government regulations.  Certain exceptions may apply.
